We want to create a sustainable business that offers a long-term prospect for all of our staff.

We aim to offer flexible terms and competitive salaries for both part-and full-time staff, along with a bonus scheme. We will offer training for the roles, and fund qualifications for those interested in taking their careers further. We are looking to put together a package of benefits including a daily staff meal, and a healthcare cash plan for eligible team members.

We are also particularly interested to hear from local people who would like to get back into work, even if it’s for just one or two shifts a week.

Everyone will get training and, depending on role, an allowance to take and qualify for the SCPLH Personal Licence (SCQF Level 6).

We currently have our full compliment for launch but will be recruiting further in the months to come for wait and bar staff, along with kitchen porters.
