Commis chef – full time
We cook seasonal menus using the finest local suppliers, and we take real pride in everything that leaves the kitchen.
This is a new position — created because we’re busier than ever, not because someone’s left — and we’re looking for a commis chef to grow with us.
Whether you’re fresh from college or moving on from another kitchen, this is a genuinely exciting place to build your career. You’ll work alongside experienced chefs, develop your understanding of seasonal and locally sourced cooking, and be part of a small team that does things properly.
What you’ll need: enthusiasm, reliability, and a desire to learn. Formal training is an advantage but not essential — we care more about attitude than certificates.
What you’ll get: competitive salary above minimum wage (dependent on experience), tips, staff meal on evening shifts, training, and funded qualifications for the right candidate.

Kitchen Porter – part time
The KP is an ideal role for someone just starting out in catering, or for anyone who loves working in a busy but friendly team.
This is a hands-on, satisfying role that keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes, keeping the kitchen clean and organised, washing up during and after service, helping with deliveries and basic prep, and being an essential part of the team.
You’ll be:
- helping keeping the kitchen clean and tidy, before, during and after service.
- washing pots and pans, operating the dishwasher
- assisting with food preparation
No previous experience is required; we are more interested in your enthusiasm, work ethic, and willingness to learn.

Summer Wait Staff — Seasonal, May–October
Review after review has complimented us on the warmth and friendliness of our bar and restaurant staff.
We’re building our summer front-of-house team now and would love to hear from enthusiastic, people-focused individuals who want to spend the summer doing something they’re genuinely proud of.
Above minimum wage, plus excellent tips. Various shifts available. Experience preferred but training will be given.
You’ll need to
- Provide immaculate service with warmth and humour.
- Accurately take orders, pour drinks and deliver food to guests in the bar and dining room.
- Help out with maintaining cleanliness in the bar, dining room and toilets.
- Be a flexible, team player in one of Fife’s best businesses.
