CHEF DE PARTIE / COMIS (Part or Full time)
Working alongside the Head Chef, you’ll have a fair few years of experience under your belt preparing fresh, inventive dishes to a very high standard.
KITCHEN PORTERS (Part time)
The vital engine that powers the kitchen, the KP is an ideal role for someone just starting out in catering, or for anyone who loves working in a busy but friendly team.
BAR STAFF (Part or Full time)
You’ll be ready to give great customer service and know, or be eager to learn, everything about drinks service, cocktails and managing a cellar.
WAIT STAFF (Part time or Full time)
A successful restaurant is only as good as the front of house team. Whatever your level of experience, if you think you can make our guests feel welcome and that nothing is too much bother, we’d love to meet you.
