The East Neuk has some of the best produce and producers in the country. The rich seas and soils provide an ever changing supply of amazing ingredients year round.
We want to showcase the food and drink from local suppliers where possible, and reduce food miles as much as we can.
We hope to offer fresh, seasonal, sustainable lunchtime and evening menus that offer a combination of a few ‘standards’ with lots of dishes that perhaps aren’t available everywhere else.
We will try to ensure there are always both vegan and gluten-free starters, mains and puddings on offer.
We’ve already started talking to our local breweries and producers and are hugely looking forward to start doing some extensive sampling when we get a bit nearer to opening.
